Keri has practiced yoga for more than 25 years, but her relationship with the practice deepened in 2017 when yoga became an important part of her own journey with anxiety and nervous-system regulation. That experience continues to shape the way she approaches both yoga and restorative wellness today.
She is currently completing her 200-hour Unity Yoga Teacher Training at Spirit of Yoga/SWIHA, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School in Tempe, Arizona, along with advanced studies in Yoga Body Psychology based on the Amrit Method.
Keri's teaching emphasizes gentle Hatha yoga, intentional breathwork, body awareness, and the connection between physical patterns and our internal experience. Her classes invite students to slow down, become more aware of what they are experiencing in their bodies, and explore yoga as a practice of restoration and self-awareness.
Her approach reflects a simple philosophy: yoga doesn't have to be about achieving the perfect pose. It can be a way of learning to listen to the body, work with the breath, and create greater awareness of ourselves.
